bulletWhen and how do I pay for equipment rented?

A credit card number will be taken at the time of reservation, however a full payment is not due until delivery or, if delivery is to be done before your arrival, one week prior to your first rental day.

 

bullet How far in advance should I make reservations?

We are still expanding and have not yet had to turn a customer away. To assure availability, however, you should place your order as soon as possible, especially during the holiday season.

 

 

bullet What if I need to cancel, or change my reservation?

We understand that traveling with children often means that plans change. That's why you may cancel at anytime up to 48 hours before your delivery date without penalty. If you do have to cancel within 48 hours of your delivery date, 50% of your rental fee will be charged.

If you find you need to change your rental order or your travel dates you may do so without penalties. However as certain items may become unavailable during peak season, we do recommend that you contact us as soon as possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate you.

 

bulletWhat is the delivery fee?

With a minimum order of $40 there is no delivery or set up fee, within our delivery area.

 

 

bulletWhat is your delivery area?

Our free delivery area includes, but is not limited to, Collingwood, Blue Mountain village, Thornbury, Clarksburg, and Meaford. Areas more than 30km outside of Thornbury will receive a delivery charge beginning at $10.

 
bulletWhen and how is the delivery and pick-up made?

We know that each child is different and will endeavour to work with your schedule. That being said, we prefer to make most of our deliveries are made in the early afternoon. Delivery details will be worked out with you at the time of confirmation. Pick ups will be made in the morning unless other arrangements were made.

We work with a growing number of rental accommodations that allow us to set up your items before you get there and take them down after you leave. To do so we sometimes require a signed authorization form. Talk to us at the time of confirmation to make these arrangements.

 

 

bullet What if I need to leave early?

Again, we understand that plans sometimes have to change. If you find you need to leave early please contact us at Babytrekkers and we will schedule a new pick up time.

 

 
bulletWill the baby equipment be clean when delivered?

Yes each item is inspected and cleaned before each use. We use environmentally-friendly and baby-friendly cleaning products. So all items will be ready to use upon your arrival.

 

 

bullet In what condition should the equipment be returned?

We ask that equipment be wiped free of any crumbs, etc. Please clean any spills or accidents when they occur. It is not necessary to clean linens, but we do ask that damp linens are not left in plastic bags.

 

 

bulletWhat if there is a problem with my rental item?

Our equipment is carefully inspected by moms (us) before being delivered to you, but we know that things can happen. If something happens to your rental item please call us within 24 hours, we will make every effort to replace or pick up the item as soon as possible.
